Former first lady and wife of the late Jerry John Rawlings, Nana Konadu Agyemang has for the first time spoken after the sad death of her husband.
The presidential aspirant has detailed the cause of the former president’s death and when exactly he was attacked by his sickness.
According to her, J.J. Rawlings was taken to the Korle Bu Teaching hospital on Sunday but the news was kept indoors because there was no need to air it out.
On the main cause of her husband’s death, She added that her late husband actually suffered and died from covid-19.
“My husband died after he contracted COVID-19 and was rushed to the intensive care unit of the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra” Nana Konadu told the media that gathered at her residence.
