Adwoa Safo is a joker, I will be very disappointed in the NPP if she wins primaries again – Ola Michael fumes

Ola Michael, an entertainment commentator, has taken aim at Sarah Adwoa Safo, the Member of Parliament for Dome-Kwabenya, following her apologies and indication of interest in running for MP again.

Sarah Adwoa Safo has found herself at the center of political controversy after returning to Ghana’s political scene after a nine-month sabbatical.

Due to her protracted absence from legislative and government duties, the former Minister for Gender, Children, and Social Protection faced scrutiny and calls for her dismissal.

Ola Michael, host of the United Showbiz show on UTV, labeled Safo’s political maneuverings as those of a “joker” in Ghanaian politics.

He chastised her for appearing to abandon her constituents while partaking in activities such as TikTok dancing.

“In Ghanaian politics, there are a few jokers, one of whom is Sarah Adwoa Safo.” This woman could leave her seat and dance on TikTok. At one point, she appeared to be uninterested in Ghanaian politics. “Now she wants to come back and compete again?” he grumbled.

Ola Michael expressed his reservations about her comeback to politics, noting that if she wins the NPP Dome-Kwabenya primaries, he will be profoundly unhappy and may even contemplate leaving politics.

“Being a politician in Ghana is simple. Ghanaians are prone to forgetting, and politicians take advantage of this…I will be very upset if she wins the NPP Dome-Kwabenya primaries. “In fact, I’m going to stay out of politics,” he announced.

His remarks join those of other political and entertainment figures, such as Blakk Rasta and Afia Schwarzenegger, who have criticized her for her past behavior and her intention to run for MP again despite the issues.
