Abena Korkor a well know mental health advocate has hurt herself i a new video after falling down during a training session.
Korkor was among a group of women exercising out, attempting to balance their bodies on a basketball.
The teacher was showing her how to stand on a basketball himself as they balanced their bodies on the ball.
Abena cautiously attempted to get up on one of the balls, but she fell flat on her face!
Abena fell to the ground like Kelvynboy in Down Flat after falling for that gorgeous woman.
