Recently, two workers of Pizzaman were found guilty of stealing 25 cartons of chicken and vegetables from the company. As a result, they were sentenced to 5 years in prison.
Abeiku Santana, a popular radio presenter, has spoken out against the CEO of Pizzaman, Christian Boakye Yiadom, for allowing such a harsh punishment to be given to his workers.
Abeiku believes that the CEO cannot call himself a motivational leader of the youth if his workers are being sent to jail for theft.
He argues that there are better ways to handle this situation, such as deducting from their monthly salary.
Instead of resorting to court prosecution and jail time, The radio presenter suggests that the CEO should have deducted the cost of the stolen items from the workers’ salaries. This would have been a more reasonable and fair approach to the situation.
