Sad News: Beautiful Police officer crushed to death by a careless driver at a police checkpoint 

A 29-year-old police officer was hit and killed on the Kasoa-Apam road in the Central Region.

At a police checkpoint in the early hours of Tuesday, Comfort Freby is claimed to have been hit by a speeding Toyota with the license plate GS 4746-20.

According to authorities, when he arrived at the checkpoint, the driver lost control of his vehicle and collided with the deceased, killing her on the spot.

The news has saddened the country. The Gomoa Dominase District Police Command claims that the barrier was only erected last week in response to a series of highway thefts.

Meanwhile, the Central Regional Police Commanders visited the deceased’s home to convey their condolences to her husband.
