“Ghana Is More Organized Than Nigeria, I love staying there” – Nollywood Actor, Hanks Anuku
Hanks Anuku, a popular Nollywood actor, has revealed why he prefers to live in Ghana rather than Nigeria, the country where he was born.
According to him, the current scenario in Nigeria is anarchy, a place of crisis and instability, which is why he moved to Ghana.
The actor is well recognized for his portrayals as a villain in films, most notably as an armed robber.
In an interview with BBC Igbo, he stated that many people believe he engages in nefarious operations to make money because of his movie roles.
“The last tour I took, the southern command, Ghana presidency,” he explained. We were in a position to do so, and I was the first Nigerian to campaign for President Nana Akufo-Addo. We were victorious. It was not an easy task. Nigerians are currently in Ghana.
“I discovered Ghana to be more orderly. I don’t have time to pass judgment on anyone, but the electricity there was reliable, and I loved it. It was simple to work and progress there. That is the case.”
