Popular gospel singer Joe Mettle jas vowed to never sign a deal with a betting company whether he is given all the money in the world.
Despite requiring money to progress his career, the former Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs) Artiste of the Year claimed there is a limit to how far he will go to collect finances to maintain himself.
In the Hitz FM studios, host Andy Dosty asked him if he would ever make a deal with a betting firm.
Joe Mettel stated unequivocally;
“It’s a straight no for me. You need to know where to draw the lines. You need to know where you really stand and what to work on, and what will not work for you.
As I said, I’m first a minister of God before I am a musician. I happen to be a minister of God who is gifted with the ability to sing. And so my first assignment is my service to God, and so he expects certain things from me,” he said.
