This young girl identified as just Kakra has both the male and female organs (hermaphroditism) and needs to undergo surgery to get rid of the male part so she can live her life normal.
According to reports, she is in need of GH¢15,000, for the whole operation to get her back to normal and is calling on Ghanaians to extend their help to her.
this was initially reported by blogger Zionfelix who took the pain in visiting the young girl who is currently in the custody of her grandparents after her parents died.
Zionfelix shared a post in which he wrote:
