Yaw Dabo has been given a sponsorship deal from NPP’s Chairman Wontumi and his colleague, S.K Boafo over his new football Academy.
The diminutive actor revealed this generosity on the side of the NPP bigwigs during the launch of his academy (Dabo Soccer Academy) after inscribing Wontumi Television and S.K Boafo Travel and Tours on their Jerseys.
According to him, the two were part of his exclusive sponsors of the Dabo Soccer Academy as he went ahead to thank them and others for the help offered to him.
At the launch, Yaw Dabo also revealed how some people tried to discourage him when he made up his mind to establish the academy.
However, he was not deterred since he had a great passion for bringing forth the academy and he also loves the game of football.
Yaw Dabo stressed that a lot of talents can be nurtured if people extend a helping hand. According him, one of his players with the name Afriyie Barnie Costa has landed a professional deal with Accra Hearts of Oak.
