Watch Video as Brother Sammy transforms Yaw Tog’s ‘Sore’ song into gospel rap
In a new video, Ghanaian local gospel musician Samuel Opoku, also known as Brother Sammy, has converted Yaw Tog’s Sore song into his own gospel interpretation.
Brother Sammy was seen standing in the center of a home performing his rendition of the classic Drill song in a new video spotted by Bestshowbiz.com.
He was heard showing off his rap talents as he coupled lyrical proficiency with some shade thrown at those who had previously taken blows at him.
The prominent local gospel singer was observed filming himself on a phone while performing, and he was wearing a pair of massive snow goggles.
In the video, he was shown suited for the part, dropping bars after bars of the song he had turned into his own.
The gospel performer was spotted wearing what seemed to be a sweater over a pair of denim jeans and accessorizing with what appeared to be a gold necklace.
Bro Sammy launched shots at legendary gospel performer Cecilia Marfo in some portions of the song following an incident in which the latter slapped him.
