We all expected to see something like this, soldiers punish disobedient Ghanaians who will defy the two weeks lockdown order from the president.
The first of such videos has hit the web and it has a Youngman been punished for disobeying lockdown orders.
It is not clear his intentions for going out, but it seems it was not necessarily enough to see him through town peacefully.
