Star Vivian Jill Lawrence, a Ghanaian actress, has responded to Sunsum Ahuofe’s accusation that she refused to kiss him in a movie.
Sunsum, also known as Yaw Adu in private, revealed in a recent interview with Nana Romeo on Accra FM that Vivian Jill once refused to kiss him on set.
Sunsum was hurt by Vivian Jill’s reluctance to let him kiss her in one of the sequences of a movie they were filming.
Vivian Jill later confirmed on the same episode that the event occurred a long time ago.
The lovely actress claimed that she was new to the performing world and didn’t know much about what was going on.
Vivian Jill revealed that she withdrew from the kissing scene because she was terrified of Sunsum and other midget-like characters.
She added that it was tough for her to accomplish some things as a newcomer in the film industry at the time of the event.
“I had never seen them before and I was afraid when I first met him and other small people so I did not want to kiss him when I was told to,” she said.
Vivian Jill, on the other hand, stated that given her current experience, she would have easily kissed Sunsum if it had been today.
She went on to say that Sunsum has become like a son to her and that they have a really wonderful connection.
