Video Of Mohammed Kudus Stoppings Security From Harassing Fan to Take Selfie Go Viral
Mohammed Kudus, a Black Stars and Ajax midfielder, had a nice moment after Ghana’s game against Angola in Kumasi on Thursday.
The Ajax star was instrumental as the Black Stars upset Angola and move closer to qualifying for the Africa Cup of Nations.
Antoine Semenyo scored the game’s lone goal late in injury time, blasting home after Angola’s poor defense.
Following the game, the players took the chance to thank the supporters for their large turnout to support the team at the Baba Yara Sports Brief.
One fan attempted to push his way inside Kudus, but security stopped him, resulting in a little brawl.
Kudus intervened in a video uploaded on social media, stopping security from heckling the fan and allowing him to snap a picture.
The 23-year-old midfielder’s freekick in the closing minute of the game set up Semenyo’s winner.
Kudus and his colleagues will depart Ghana this weekend for Luanda, where the second leg will begin on Monday.
