The Ajagurajah Movement has been chastised for dancing to Shatta Wale’s song.
Members of the Ajagurajah Movement were spotted jamming to secular songs in a video making the rounds on social media.
Each of them was dancing and winding their waist to Shatta Wale’s popular ‘Aye Half Cast’ song while holding a calabash with an unknown content in their hands.
Unsure of what they were celebrating, members of the movement were dressed in their usual red and black outfits and danced the night away on the grounds of the church.
Some social media users who were watching the congregation live on Facebook couldn’t help but criticize the movement for dancing to secular music.
While watching the live video on his page, Bishop Kwabena Asiamah, the founder of the Ajagurajah Movement, stormed the stage, grabbed a microphone, and hurled insults at the critics.
“Those of you who are sitting on Facebook and making stupid comments about our page are extremely stupid.” Those who wonder why we’re playing Shatta Wale songs at the party are extremely stupid. Do you believe that all of the gospel songs you normally sing make you a Christian? Those who make such remarks are all idiots. I won’t be okay if I don’t insult you today. I’m not a phony, so I let my congregation listen to secular music whenever they want. You’re all a bunch of liars. “I am not a Christian, so don’t expect certain lifestyles from me,” he raged.
