A video of a suspected thief being saved from being burned alive has gone viral.
A suspected thief was allegedly apprehended in the act and was on his way to jungle justice but for the intervention of some residents.
In a video that has gone viral, the suspect is seen sitting on the floor with his legs tied and the items he is accused of stealing lying beside him, while a crowd forms a circle around him.
When someone arrived with a tire and a keg of kerosene to set him ablaze, he appeared to be pleading for mercy.
Fortunately for him, some bystanders stopped the man from putting the tire on the suspected thief.
