Sarah Adablah is a middle-aged woman who was trapped in a bad marriage; she recounts her ex-adultery husband’s and physical violence, even after they divorced.
According to SVTV Africa, Sarah claimed that her ex-husband was planning to evict her and had threatened to kill her or falsely accuse her of committing a crime.
When they married, Sammy (ex-husband) didn’t have a place to live, so she rented one for him.
“After we married, we moved into my three-bedroom house.” Soon after, he approached his girlfriend and introduced her as a relative. Aside from that, I chastised him for how he interacted with a local lady, and he thrashed me. “He even poured gasoline on me, but I clung to him so tightly that he couldn’t light the match,” she said.
Furthermore, Sammy has decided not to leave her home even after their divorce. According to her, the police have advised her to stay away from the house until he leaves in order to avoid a confrontation.
She is, however, terrified of losing her home to a man who has only benefited from her labor.
