In Rivers State, a young man was arrested for allegedly playing porn video and streaming X-rated material on an electronic billboard in Port-Harcourt.
According to reports, the LED board in the Garrison area was quickly turned off after complaints about the X-rated content displayed on the screen.
Meanwhile, the billboard’s owners have vowed in a statement that the perpetrator will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
