The lovely lady was caught on tape stealing another lady who was carrying a kid on her back.
The mother was struggling to get through a crowded market with her baby.
The lady, who was believed to have a Ph.D. in stealing, was observed slipping her hand inside the woman’s purse in order to grab her phone.
