After finding the gift her partner surprised her with on her birthday, a woman nearly died from a heart attack.
Unveiling the present pack to find a brand-new iPhone 12 bought for her by her lover, the anonymous lady who became a year older yesterday could not contain her joy, and as astonished and frightened as she was, she raced and knee down before him to thank him for the gift.
