Awo Yaa, a Kumawood actress who has faced spiritual attacks from those close to her, has spoken out about her struggle and how she overcame demonic forces that were slowly destroying her life.
In an exclusive conversation with GHPage, the renowned film diva revealed some of the factors that contributed to her long absence from the movie industry.
Beyond the fact that producers were ignoring her requests for appearances in their movies, she revealed that she had observed certain changes in her moral character out of nowhere.
She became enmeshed in alcoholism to the point that she became a chronic drinker—a condition that grew so bad that she began searching for alcohol as early as 5:30 a.m., according to Awo Yaa.
Even though she admitted to being an alcoholic prior to experiencing spiritual difficulties, she stated that the chronic alcohol use issue made her more energetic and quick-tempered, which caused her to get into difficulty with other people.
Awo Yaa went on to say that her quest for a solution had been fruitless, as she had sought out a slew of so-called men of God, all of whom had spent her money, which amounted to hundreds of thousands of cedis.
