Nigerian actor Jim Iyke has revealed that his relationship with Ghanaian actress Nadia Buari is no longer as warm as it once was.
Their cordiality has not been the same since their split, according to him, because each person is preoccupied with his or her own life.
Jim Iyke, speaking in an exclusive interview as part of his media tour in Ghana, said he occasionally reaches out to Nadia Buari to say a few “His” and “hellos,” but that’s about it.
“She [Nadia Buari] is somebody that I can pick up the phone and call her and say ‘Hey sis! What is going on?’ And she will say ‘Nice.’
“So yeah, we have those kinds of conversations,”
Jim Iyke’s romantic connection with Nadia Buari was idyllic, with the lovebirds frequently seen together, enjoying each other’s company, and giving many the hope that they might one day marry.
However, Jim Iyke claims that the mood has not been the same since their split for unclear reasons.
History and memories are what shapes us. It shouldn’t make you uncomfortable to speak about it,” he said.
