Video: ‘I will walk nἆked to parliament if LGBT is accepted in Ghana’ – Mother of Angel Maxine
Araba Forson, the mother of Ghana’s first transgender Angel Maxine, has stated that if the law against LGBTQ+ is passed in Ghana, she will walk naked to the parliament house.
In the words of Araba Forson, the aggrieved mother of a transgender singer, she intends to take legal action against the government, as well as Sam George, who happens to be the MP for Ningo Prampram, for spearheading the campaign to have the bill passed.
Mrs. Araba, who has stated that she will support her son in whatever he chooses to do, also stated that the passage of the anti-LGBTQ legislation would result in hatred for Ghana’s LGBTQ community.
She also stated that if the law is passed in the country, she will walk naked to parliament because there are more pressing issues such as corruption that the masses must address rather than worrying about the LGBTQ+ community.
