Twene Jonas aka Glass Nkoaa, a Ghanaian movie director and social media sensation, has advised the IGP and the Ghana Police Service to be given the required equipment to combat robbery incidents in the nation.
According to him, Constable Emmanuel Osei, who was shot dead in a robbery case, lacked protective equipment, which resulted in his premature death.
Jonas believes that it is past time for the IGP and the Ghana Police Service to develop the senses to provide security staff with protective equipment such as guns and bulletproof vests to defend them from criminal attacks.
