Tiktok star maa Linda celebrates as her son becomes the first black person to win the best student in his school (watch video)
Maa Linda, a Ghanaian TikTok star based in the United Kingdom, has expressed her pride at her son’s historical achievement.
Her young son was named the best student in his class for the academic year in one of London’s schools.
According to Maa Linda, she received an email inviting her to visit the school, but due to her inability to read, she didn’t realize it was because of her son’s success.
She arrived at school only to be greeted with congratulations by a number of teachers, but she had no idea why.
She only found out when they read her son Kwabena’s results, and he received a perfect score in every subject.
The school presented him with a trophy for being the best student in his class and the first Black boy to be named Best Student.
As Kwabena and his mother, Maa Linda, walked home, you could see the joy on their faces.
