It saddens me to learn that all of this is taking place in our homeland, but as they say, these events have already occurred, and there is no way to go back in time and fix those errors. It is our responsibility to ensure that this never happens again, as well as to punish all those who were engaged in these sad events.

I sat down and thought back to three incidents that had the entire country trembling in recent years. After examining all three situations, I came to one final conclusion. All of this was the consequence of certain people’s selfishness and their frantic search for money.
Money is valuable, but how you obtain it might alter its value. Killing another person for the purpose of these documents would not help you, and I believe it is a horrible decision. I am not sure why these three people had to be killed for money’s sake. It is heartbreaking, and I hope this horrible deed in some of us comes to an end soon. As I previously stated, this essay is about three murder cases that shocked Ghana to its core when word of them broke. Let us take a look at each one separately.
- The case of Adendenkpo
Ghanaians were in sorrow this past Monday when news of the tragic event involving this police officer in our country surfaced. He was recognized as General Constable Emmanuel Osei, and unfortunately for him, he died in an unexpected manner in Adendenkpo while going about his daily duties. This man was shot in broad daylight in a bullion van, and based on the photos that surfaced after the event, it appears that he fled in excruciating agony.
This has sparked a debate over why a bullion van’s whole inside was not bulletproof. I mean, if the vehicle had a bulletproof vest, our Constable would still be alive. This is really unfortunate, and I hope the leaders take steps to avoid such incidents from occurring again. My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family of this lovely individual. May the soul of my loved one rest in peace.
- The Case of the Miracle Senior High School
This problem surfaced a few weeks ago, and Ghanaians were outraged to learn of a schoolgirl’s tragic death. The parents of this girl sent her to school in the hopes that she would gain information and abilities that would be useful to the country in the near future, but this did not happen.
Her name was Leticia Kyere Pinaman, and she was a student at Miracle Senior High School, according to sources. This girl was discovered deceased in the school’s dining hall. We initially assumed it was a suicide since there was a suicide note nearby, but additional inquiry revealed that it appeared to be a murder rather than a suicide. As a result, it looked like they murdered her and staged her death as a suicide.
Who would hang oneself with a rope while her feet are still touching the ground? The feet of persons who commit themselves by this method are usually seen dangling in the air. This was not the case with Leticia.
It was also discovered that a mark had been carved around her palm, leading to the conclusion that the killers had drained her blood. Every time I see this photo of hers, it makes me sad. She was a lovely young lady, but the killers were so blinded by wickedness that they could not perceive her beauty. May the sweet soul of her late mother rest in peace.
