This heartbreaking: See photos of all 3 university students who d!ed this month
Life’s stages can be very difficult. Education is one of life’s many headaches. Paying school fees and writing exams is not an easy task, but people do it almost every day to prepare for the future. It is painful to see someone die prematurely, especially when they are about to graduate from a tertiary institution.
They will apply for jobs and get paid to help their parents and siblings, but death stretches its ugly neck and taps them away. The past few days have not been easy for Ghana and the tertiary institution community. Some university campuses have seen tears after some students mysteriously died.
Three students who had overcome all obstacles died in a flash, catching everyone by surprise. Their deaths are unexplainable. Two of them are males and one is female with a son.
He had just finished his final examination at the University of Education, Winneba. Abdul Majeed Sani, the school’s best gymnast, died tragically from a spine injury. After his final exam, he was seen trying to roll over and got hurt. He died in hospital.
Daniel Anane Wadie died mysteriously as well. He attended the University of Ghana. He died later in the hospital from an unknown illness. He was a senior.
The only female among the three was returning home after taking her exam when the vehicle she was in crashed. She is said to have died instantly. Maggie Wood Bills, according to her Facebook page, was a UCC student. She died with a son.
Their parents and other family members hoped they would return home with meaningful employment and take care of them after all the suffering, but their dreams were cut short by death. They wished to become famous in the future, but they did not live long enough to do so. I pray for their souls.
