Young Ghanaian poet and the winner of TV3’s Talented Kids season 3, Nakeeyat Dramani Sam has disclosed that she is not paid for her services when she is called to perform at an event.
speaking in a recent interview on Happy98.9FM, Nakeeyat disclosed that she is not paid for her services because they think she is a little kid.
Nakeeyat expressed that she would love and be happy if she is to be paid for her services.
she said; “They just think I’m a little kid but I wish they will pay me for my services because I don’t just have to perform”
when asked whether she has complained of not being paid, Nakeeyat stated that they have to pay for her services and not her request for money.
the little poet then added that she still performs without any payment because she loves what she does.
Nakeeya added;
“By all means, if I get the payment, I will take it but if I don’t get it, I’ll take the situation as it is”
