one of the Nigerien suspects who were arrested in connection to the Takoradi girls kidnapping has made headlines yesterday after he complained he is not given enough to eat during his trial at the Sekondi High Court.
according to this suspect identified as John Orji, he has an underlining health condition which demands he eats good and well enough. he stressed that he is an asthmatic patient but he is being denied the oppotunity to eat well which is posing a high risk on his life.
fortunately for him, his plea has been met as the presiding judge, Justice Adjei-Frimpong, referred the matter to the prison to take good care of him.
however, their case was adjourned to July 29th, 2020, as they had no legal representation because they were initially refused to attain one. they are yet to get one.
