Taadi pregnant woman finally home as she meets GHC50K bail conditions
Josephine Panyin Mensah, the lady at the center of the Takoradi false kidnapping and pregnancy, has finally met her bail terms.
According to a report submitted by 3news.com, procedures to assist her in making her bond has been worked on.
A Takoradi Circuit Court ruled over by His Honour Michael Cudjoe Ampadu granted her bail of GH50,000 with two sureties on Monday, October 4, 2021.
Nana Kwampong Abuah II, Western Regional Director of the Lands CommissionCommission, stated that the documents were produced on Friday, October 1, four days after the court issued the bail one to be warranted.
He stated that when the documents were verified and signed on the same day, the accused’s mother, Agnes Essel, arrived to get them.
Josephine Panyin Mensah, who is now at home with her family, is scheduled to return to court on Thursday, October 14, 2021.
