Sulley Muntari’s iPhone stolen while taking photos with fans during Heart vs Kotoko game
Sulley Muntari, a veteran Black Stars midfielder, had his iPhone 12 Pro Max stolen while taking photos with fans at the end of the game between Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko.
Muntari was named to Hearts’ starting lineup for the game but was forced to leave after 60 minutes due to what appeared to be a trusting afternoon for the former Inter Milan star.
Muntari was surrounded by fans outside the stadium after the game, forcing him to stop and pose for photos with them.
However, the iPhone of the former AC Milan player was stolen in the process.
Kwame Opare Addo, the club’s Public Relations Officer, confirmed the incident in an interview with Asempa FM.
“Yes, I was aware of the incident.” Sulley was doing a photoshoot with some of the fans when his phone was stolen from his pocket, “he explained.
