A young man has surfaced on the internet claiming to be the bastard son of a popular man of God, Pastor Mensah Otabil, the founder and leader of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC).
Kwadzo Togah, a head porter at Accra’s Kaneshie Market, says that Pastor Dr. Mensah Otabil is his father in a new video.
The destitute guy believes Otabil is an Ewe man who has disguised his actual ethnic origin, contrary to conventional perception.
Kawdzo Togah also claims to be named after his father, Dr. Mensah Otabil, who named him after himself.
“He is my father; I grew up in Daboase Nkwanta with him. He was a farmer at the time, not a pastor. “I later traveled from Daboase to Tarkwa to see my mother, Fati,” the younger Togah alleges.
“Mensah Otabil is an Ayigbe (Ewe) man; his mother is an Ahanta, her name is Baale Kwane from Ahanta Agona Nkwanta, Agona Fie,” he adds for good measure. His mother lived to reach 97 years old when she died.”
This self-acclaimed son of Mensah Otabil made these allegations during an interview with Evangelist Appiah.
