Something pushed me to quit Peace FM – Kwadwo Dickson

Kwadwo Dickson was one of the Despite Media workers whose departure surprised many. On August 19, 2021, he revealed what influenced his choice to depart Peace FM.

In his interview with Stacy, he claimed that ‘something occurred,’ and he did not hesitate to leave.

After Nana Ama McBrown’s departure from Despite Media, which has caused controversy, the interview has resurfaced.

In the interview, Kwadwo Dickson is reported to have said; “I spent 18 years with Peace FM. When I clocked 15, I was looking forward to a new challenge. Although I enjoyed newscasting, I needed some dynamics in my presentation so I was looking forward to a change,”

“I also went back to school to study communications and wished I were not repeating certain stuff. I had an enlightenment and wished it could be applied where I was but it wasn’t manifesting no matter how I directed my focus,”

“In my 18th year, something happened but I cannot disclose it. That is what pushed me. It was the peak; I had no option but to quit,”
