“Some military men allow their friends to have ‘sekz’ with their wives when they are away” – Ghanaian woman married to an American soldier speaks
Serwaa, a US-based Ghanaian lady, revealed that some troops in the US army have accepted to open partnerships, while others allow their best friends to have sex with their spouses rather than strangers.
During an interview with DJ Nyaami on SVTV Africa, the Kentucky-based nurse married to a soldier stated that open relationships and marriages are widespread among whites. Some Ghanaians, though, have consented to it.
“It occurs all the time.” It’s referred to as “open relationships.” When your army lover is deployed, you are allowed to have sex with other people. They want to avoid divorce since it will diminish their ranks, and so on.
“I see such partnerships all the time. Some people invite their closest friends, while others prepare strangers. It exists among Ghanaians as well, but just a few,” Serwaa explained.
Despite the hardships of being a soldier’s wife, the mother of three says she understands and supports her husband’s profession. Her attitude makes it simpler for her to be apart from her spouse during his deployment.
Furthermore, she stated that despair and loneliness kill a large number of individuals in the United States.
“If it hadn’t been for my children, I would have returned to Ghana,” she added.
