Over the weekend, an NPP supporter was reportedly buried in an elephant-themed casket.
These are the photographs that are currently doing rounds on social media.
According to reports, the funeral was held in the Western Region’s Shama constituency.
The late Godwin Feabodu, also known as Efo Bessah, is considered to be a staunch supporter of the ruling NPP party.
Some ‘powerful men’ from the ruling party based in the Shama constituency are said to have paid for his funeral expenses.
Netizens who spotted the viral photo, as expected, commented:
“This man will be crying in his grave knowing that the failing NPP used his funeral for advert to cover their shame” says @joelizy.
