During his speech, Nana Addo discussed the difficulties the country is experiencing economically and sought to reassure the populace that things will eventually get better.
In response to the devaluation of the cedi, the president of Ghana spoke to the country in French and said that money doesn’t like noise. This sparked comments online and was a trend for several days after the event.
