A video of a Nigerian man standing to propose to his bae has elicited mixed reactions.
The TikTok video showed the man on both feet at a gathering as he asked the lady to be his wife.
Chants from the crowd urging the lady to say yes, rent the air. When she finally agreed, a man began showering money on the couple as people cheered in the background.
After that, the couple hugged. The video’s poster, who goes by the handle @bugaking11, was not pleased that the man did not kneel and wrote on it:”I feel like crying for this beautiful lady. Some guys too get pride.”
