Shatta Wale kneels down to beg Deputy Commissioner of Police Kofi Boakye at the meeting with IGP (video)
Shatta Wale, the controversial dancehall star, decided to swallow his pride and beg forgiveness from Deputy Commissioner of Police, DCOP Kofi Boakye.
The IGP had earlier today invited Shatta Wale and the majority of entertainers to a private meeting.
The meeting was held at the police headquarters to discuss national security issues.
However, after Shatta Wale entered, he wanted to use his phone, but some police officers stopped him and told him to put his phone in flight mode until everything was finished.
In response, an enraged Shatta Wale stormed out of the conference room to confront the officers present about what had happened to him.
After the meeting, a remorseful Shatta Wale decided to beg forgiveness from DCOP Kofi Boakye for causing some mayhem.
