Ankomah has her own foundation, which she established in 2016. The charity aims to offer health education, childcare assistance programs, economic empowerment, and community development initiatives. The charity collaborates with autism ambassadors to raise autism awareness and help autistic children.

Ankomah secured an endorsement partnership with Vitamilk in 2014. In 2017, Dusk Capital Ltd, a Ghanaian investment bank, appointed Ankomah as its brand ambassador.
