There is a latest rumour circulating in town that renowned broadcaster Serwaa Amihere has reportedly resigned from her position at GhOne TV.
Social media comments suggest that she has decided to leave the Accra-based TV station in order to pursue other career opportunities.
An online post claims that the management at GhOne has remained tight-lipped about Serwaa Amihere’s resignation.
Some individuals claim that she is currently on leave and engaged in further studies. A Snapchat blogger, Sel the Bomb, also revealed that even Nana Aba Anamoah, Serwaa Amihere’s godmother, was unable to prevent her from leaving the station.
GhOne TV has experienced several high-profile resignations in recent years, with presenters moving on to other media outlets. As of now, Serwaa Amihere has not made an official statement regarding her resignation from GhOne.
