A young Ghanaian woman has sparked outrage online when a video of her publicly proposing to her boyfriend went viral.
The young lady was seen on her knees, imploring her lover to marry her in a video obtained by bestshowbiz.com. Her boyfriend, however, said no.
The idea of a woman proposing to a guy is still frowned upon in Ghanaian culture and throughout Africa.
However, according to current social media events, some ladies have been aggressively shooting their shots recently, and 95% of comparable incidents have resulted in an unpleasant outcome.
When the lady in question came to the streets to propose to her boyfriend, she was struck with the shock of her life when he turned her down in front of strangers.
In a viral video, the lady is seen genuinely begging the guy while holding on to his knee with one hand and the ring with the other.
passersby were also seen marveling at the situation, with some confronting the gentleman and requesting that he stop embarrassing the lady and simply take the ring from her.
