Most people know about Nigerian singer Teniola Apata popularly known as Teni and a few about her mother and sister but not much about her Dad.
Teni’s father Ex-Army Brigadier-General, Simeon Apata was a civilian war veteran with the Nigerian Army.
according to reports Simeon Apata was assassinated by unknown gunmen on 8th January 1995.
He was also a wealthy retired army officer and also founded the Apata Memorial High School in 1980.
