Given the fact that a gorgeous lady who is most likely broke and out of alternatives decided to take a phone, it is clear that times are tough right now.
According to the surveillance tape, the lady strolled inside the store and decided to speak with the shopkeeper.
However, after engaging in conversation with the shop attendant, the lady was distracted and successfully took a phone, concealing it within her large bag.
She was unaware that she had been captured on camera, and the incident is currently under investigation.
