second vice president of the Burkinabè Parliament Marie Rose Compaoré, have died from the coronavirus in Burkina Faso.

Marie was the first death to be recorded in sub saharan Africa.

So far 2 deaths have been recorded on the region with Ghana and Burkina Faso been the only countries to record deaths.

The Sahel state of Burkina Faso on Wednesday announced the death of mrs marie Rose.

May her soul rest in peace.
