Ghanaian songstress Sherifa Gunu in an interview with Okay Fm has revealed that the multiple award-winning rapper Sarkodie once had a crush on her; the reason the two had a song together that was dubbed her name.
Recall Sarkodie composed a song with Sherifa which became a constant hit a few years ago, the song made waves across Ghana and beyond.
according to Sharifa Gunu, she had no idea she was to have a song with Sarkodie until Sarkodie approached her during one of her concerts with the song which he had already recorded.
she stressed that it was marvelous how Sarkodie admired her to the extent of writing a song in her name which turned out to be a long time hit.
