Sarkodie and Shatta Wale performs for the first time since 2017 at Black Love-Virtual Concert
For the first time in about three years, the award-winning rapper Sarkodie and Shatta Wale – who have had their differences for some time now – seems to have settled it with this performance.
the two performed on the same stage on Sunday 16th August 2020 during Sarkodies Black Love-Virtual Concert and it gives an indication that their beef that looked like it was never-ending has finally reached the dead end.
The two performed the popular Shatta Wale’s single “Me gye wo girl” during the concert and it was such a lovely performance.
however, Shatta Wale’s willingness to support Sarkodie’s concert alone – by being present throughout the rehearsal – was evidence that the two have smoked the peace pipe.
Since Sarkodie and Shatta Wale shot to fame, they were the best of friends as they dropped hit songs featuring each other. They also performed together at different events but for the past three years, they had their differences.
the two started jabbing each on social media and it got to an extent of releasing diss tracks for one another. Shatta Wale released a lot of songs but the current one is dubbed ‘Little Tips‘. Sarkodie on the other hand recently released ‘Zub Zero‘
