One Patrick Padi, a dying money ritualist, has sought sanctuary in Christ at the mission house of a Pastor of The Church of Pentecost in Fanteakwa North District in the Eastern region.
Patrick Padi is said to have been pursued by an evil spirit after ditching his work as a commercial driver to be involved in money rituals, resulting in a significant cardiac issue, and he was on the verge of death.
Christiana Dedeyo, Patrick’s grandmother and a Church deaconess who was uninformed of her son’s ritual activities, took him to the Ahomahomasu District Mission House to be prayed for.
Pastor Francis Danquah, the District Minister, had a revelation during the prayer session and asked the guy whether he had been participating in money rituals which he affirmed to.
Patrick brought the pastor and the prayer team to his residence, where they discovered a ‘Ghana Must Go’ bag containing roughly 150 bundles of $100 bills knotted together with “dwarf hair” and placed on the bag.
The Pastor rebuked the charm after they continued to intercede for Mr. Padi in prayer until he was delivered and set free from the bondage of the evil spirit.
Patrick surrendered his life to Jesus Christ; Pastor Danquah led him to accept Christ as his Lord and Saviour and baptized him in water the next day.
