We expected gospel musicians to perform alone at a birthday party for a preacher’s wife, but the exact reverse happened.
Rev. Obofour, the founder and leader of Anointed Palace Chapel, celebrated his wife Ciara Antwi aka Bofowaa’s birthday with the biggest birthday celebration ever yesterday.
The magnificent celebration was nearly wrecked by several ‘ungodly’ acts, despite the pastor and chief Rev. Nii Gyata Obofour inviting numerous luminaries in the ministry of God.
Slay queens of various shapes and sizes descended on the Holy party grounds to violently shake what they had purchased at Obengfo Hospital.
The slay queens started a tw*rking competition, and the preachers were watching, as amusing as it may sound.
It’s safe to assume they were cheering these ladies on as they shook their backsides and stole the show.
Bishop Obinim and his wife, Apostle Owusu Bempah, and other well-known figures attended Bofowaa’s 34th birthday celebration.
Bishop Daniel Obinim nearly cried when he took the microphone to relate a story about how he met Rev Obofour at the same event.
Obinim said that he and Obofour were pals before they arrived to Accra and became famous.
He went on to say that no one in the country is as close to him as Rev. Obofour.
