“respect producers, we made you who you are”- Jay Q blast King Promise after he made this statement
Veteran music producer Jeff Quaye, also known as Jay Q, has reacted strongly to King Promise’s claim that Killbeatz is the best producer of all time.
In a now-deleted tweet, King Promise lauded his music producer and management as the most essential person in his music career but went on to degrade industry legends.
“Put some respect on the name KILLBEATZ! Greatest of all time. Agyinkwa… the rest be disciples #Respectfully”
His post, however, enraged Jay Q, a Hip-hop legend since the beginning, who responded to him in equal measure.
Jay Q, who was irritated by King Promise’s statement, stated that if they are the disciples, he believes Killbeatz was the water Jesus used to wash their feet, adding that if the amount of Killbeatz hit songs were valued in cedis, it wouldn’t even afford Waakye.
