A video surfaced on social media a few days ago in which a contestant from TV3’s much-discussed Date Rush was seen arguing with a mysterious guy over a lady known as Cilla, also from Date Rush.
In the video, a mysterious man kneels down and lavishes praise on Cilla, while Raymond and Cilla simply smile and laugh.

Things took a turn when Raymond attempted to stop the man because it was becoming too much, but the man became enraged, resulting in a clash between the two men.
Cilla attempted to stop them from battling, but Raymond pulled her away as he stepped in to attack the man.
Raymond cleared the air about the viral video in an exclusive interview with Abena Gold on Ghpage TV, saying that all that happened was just acting.
After getting to know each other on Date Rush, he says he’s been filming short skits with Cilla for a while.
So they met at a hotel and filmed the scene, he said, adding that people were present during the shoot, but he was perplexed as to why the individual chose to leak just the fighting segment.
He went on to say that he has the whole video in his hands and that when the time comes, he will post it on his social media profile for all to see.
Raymond told Abena Gold that the video is going viral because of the debate about whether or not the Date Rush performance is scripted. As a result, it’s just something that people are trying to use to undermine the show.
