A young lady selling ‘pure water’ was seen directing cars on the Kumasi – Accra highway after the light went off in a new video spotted by bestshowbiz.com on Adom FM’s Instagram page.
After discovering that the traffic signals were not working due to a power outage and that there was no MTTD officer around to do his duty, she agreed to guide traffic.
While it is unethical for her to do so, it is preferable that what she is doing will help prevent any accident.
